About This Assessment

The PAD Risk Profiler evaluates the following peripheral artery disease risk factors and categorizes them as either High, Moderate, or Low risk:

  • Age
  • Smoking
  • Weight (BMI)
  • Cholesterol
  • Blood pressure
  • Physical activity
  • Diabetes
  • Heart or blood vessel disease (including existing PAD)
  • Leg pain with exertion

How many PAD Risk Factors and how severe they are determine the PAD Risk Category.
